Monthly Rent: 480,000 KRW~520,000KRW
Deposit: 1,000,000 KRW (refundable at the end of your stay)
The final month’s rent and management fee will be deducted from your deposit before refund.
Management Fee: 50,000 KRW
(includes utilities, internet, and cleaning service)
Additional Utility Fees:

We require at least a 6-month contract through the end of May 2025.
If you are staying for more than six months, you can first sign a contract for six months and then extend it every three or six months.
